Meet our Team! Our local Art and Framing gallery is owned by its namesake Tom Clifton and his lifelong friend Pat Brown. Pat is our curator and business woman. She has become essential to the life of the Gallery as well as to the Binghampton area and the Broad Avenue Arts District. She is deeply invested in the care of our city as well as running the business side of the gallery. Upon walking in our doors, she is likely the first person you will meet. We love Pat Brown and we know you will too!
